By using iRightMenu Pro ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.
License Grant
Upon purchasing an iRightMenu Pro license, you receive:
- Usage rights: Monthly plans are valid for 30 days; lifetime plans grant perpetual use
- Free updates: All future version updates included
- Single-user license: License is for the purchaser's personal use only
Restrictions
You may not:
- Transfer or sell your license to others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove copyright notices or other proprietary markings
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
Payment and Pricing
Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes do not affect completed purchases. Prices are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) or US Dollars (USD).
Refund Policy
Monthly subscribers can stop renewing at any time; no refund for the current billing period. Lifetime buyers who encounter unresolvable technical issues may contact our support team, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Software Updates
We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance. Updates are automatically provided through the in-app Sparkle update system.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Software is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteAge and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
Termination
Your license will automatically terminate if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the developer's location.
