Which macOS versions are supported?
iRightMenu Pro supports macOS 11.0 Big Sur and later, including the latest macOS Sonoma and macOS Sequoia.
Can I use it on multiple Macs?
Your license supports activation on up to 2 Macs simultaneously (e.g. desktop + laptop), for your personal use only. Transfers to others are not permitted.
How do I activate after purchase?
After purchase, you'll receive an activation code. Click "Activate" in the app and enter the code. The code is permanently valid — please keep it safe. If you didn't receive it, contact QQ: 102378237. Join our QQ group (1097016301) for dedicated support.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly subscribers can stop anytime; no refund for the current period. Lifetime buyers may contact support@byteage.com for unresolvable technical issues.
How do I get updates?
The app has built-in automatic updates. You'll be notified when new versions are available. You can also manually check for updates in Settings. All updates are free.
What's the difference between monthly and lifetime?
